How do I purchase tickets to the 2008 Pacific School Games?

There is a variety of ticket categories that we are offering to visitors. This is to assist spectators to tailor their individual experience of the Games.

In keeping with the principal of providing everyone with a choice and in order to maintain equity across the issue of ticket sales, the 2008 PSG has decided to offer a variety of methods by which people can order their 2008 Pacific School Games tickets.

Important Ticket Information

Tickets go on sale to all sporting competitions other than swimming from 1 October 2008.

Swimming Tickets go on sale as from 20 October 2008.

All tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis.

All tickets are general admission and do not guarantee a seat.

It is essential to include an email on every order placed. (If an email address is not a possibility it is essential to include a telephone number).

No return postal service will be available. No tickets, confirmation or order number will be posted to people purchasing tickets.

A confirmation of each purchase, other than cash over the counter sales will be sent to everyone by email (if no email, provide a telephone number) and will include an official 2008 PSG order number. Please keep and quote this number when collecting prepaid tickets.

It is essential when ordering by telephone, fax, post or online to nominate where the tickets will be collected from.

Pre-paid tickets can be collected from the 2008 Pacific School Games Ticketing Office. Office hours 10:00am - 4:00pm from 1 October - 27 November 2008.

Any person wanting to purchase tickets during the week of the 2008 Pacific School Games can do so at the National Hockey Centre, the AIS Track & Field Facility, the AIS Swimming Centre, the AIS Basketball & Netball Centre, the Belconnen Basketball Stadium or the Canberra Olympic Pool. These tickets can only be paid for in cash.

Concession tickets. Proof of eligibility for a concession to be produced at time of collection. If not full adult price may be charged.
