2008 Pacific School Games Basketball

The 2008 Pacific School Games (PSG) in Canberra will see the inclusion of Basketball into the sports program for the second time in PSG history.  Melbourne 2005 was the first time.

The 2008 PSG Basketball competition will provide opportunities for players, both able bodied and those with a disability to compete in an international multi-sport event. Competition will be offered in various age groups as outlined in the competition program.  The 2008 PSG Basketball competition will replace the annual School Sport Australia (SSA) Basketball Tournament.
