Training

• Training will be limited due to the number of swimmers competing in this competition.

• Please note that all swimmers and team officials will need to have PSG accreditation to gain access to pool deck.

• Training will be available for all teams prior to the competition on the following days:

Saturday 29 November  9:00am – 5:00pm

 

Teams will be allocated lanes and times based on requests from Team Management.  Time of arrival in Canberra and the number of swimmers in the team will determine the lanes and time allocation.  Team Managers are requested to contact the PSG Sport Manager via email at info@pacificschoolgames.edu.au if a training session is required on this day by 1 November 2008.

 

Sunday 30 November 1:30pm – 5:30pm

 

All teams will be allocated lanes and time based on team size.

 

Competition Days

 

No training will be allowed at the competition venue on competition days.

• Canberra Olympic Pool

The Olympic Pool is a 50m indoor (dome) facility situated 7km from the  AIS. The Olympic Pool is the venue for the 2008 PSG Diving     Competition.

SWD Classification

 

SWD classification will be done on both Saturday 29 November and Sunday 30 November.

• Saturday 29 November: 9:00am – 5:00pm AIS 25m pool.  All SWD swimmers, team officials and escorts will require PSG accreditation to gain access to pool deck.

• Sunday 30 November 1:30pm – 5:30pm AIS 25m pool. All SWD swimmers, team officials and escorts will require PSG accreditation to gain access to pool deck.

Warm Up/Warm Down

Procedures will be distributed to teams prior to the competition.
