Volunteer Information for Technical Officials

Opportunities exist for officials in the following areas:

  • Technical Officials

    • Minimum Level ‘C’ qualification is required to officiate as a Track & Field Technical Official.

  • General Volunteers

A number of opportunities exist for people who would like to be involved in the Track & Field competition as an official but who do not hold the required minimum qualification.  Practical on-field experience in Track & Field competitions is preferred e.g. school athletics carnivals or Little Athletics.

SPECIAL NOTE for Parents and Teachers:

Additional activities taking part on these dates include training courses for potential volunteers and officials who wish to take a more active part in the 2008 Pacific School Games.

These volunteers and officials will be given enough formal training and experience to register with the 2008 PSG as a Technical Official.
