International Teams

It is highly recommended that all international teams enter Australia through Sydney and take advantage of Murrays Travel services to commute to Canberra.

Murrays can facilitate the direct transfer from the International Terminal in Sydney to the Official Registration Centre in Canberra in three hours.

QANTAS, Virgin Blue, Brindabella Airlines and Tiger Airways fly services into Canberra.  The Canberra International Airport is a 10 minute drive from the city centre, or 25 minutes from the 2008 Pacific School Games sports venues.

Road - Sydney to Canberra is a three hour drive and Melbourne to Canberra is a seven hour drive.
